According to The Sun, Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe will remain on loan at Aston Villa for the 2018-19 campaign.

Tuanzebe joined Villa on loan from United in January, and the centre-back has made five Championship appearances since making the move to Villa Park.

An ankle problem has troubled the 20-year-old in recent weeks, but he has found it difficult to earn minutes in his favoured centre-back position.

There is no question that Tuanzebe is a fine talent though, and United are still believed to see him as a future first-team player for the Red Devils.

The Villa fans have been reacting to the news that the England Under-21 international could stay on loan for the 2018-19 campaign, and it would be fair to say that it is a bit of a mixed bag.
